And if it's refused — do I lose my money? No. We work under a contract with clearly defined terms. Payment terms are fixed before we start, not after.

Transparency instead of promises

FAQ

7 questions — answered honestly, including the uncomfortable ones

How long does it take to get a residence permit?
Timelines depend on the route and the specific office. The standard path: document preparation usually takes 3–6 weeks, and government review of the application takes 1–3 months. We prepare the complete file in advance and track the status at every stage. The earlier you start, the sooner you finish.
What exactly do you do — what are the stages?
We handle the entire journey: diagnosing your residence route, checking and preparing every document (translations, apostilles, forms), booking the filing appointment, communicating with the government authority, and tracking the status all the way to your TIE card. See the detailed breakdown in the "How We Work" section above.
How does payment work — how much and when do I pay?
We work under a contract with the Spanish legal entity ROSALINDA-SUPERIA S.L. (Barcelona), as a single turnkey package. Payment is split into three stages: a 50% advance when work begins, another 25% once your file is prepared and submitted, and the final 25% after your residence permit is granted. Only mandatory government fees, translations, and apostilles are paid separately as incurred. All terms are set out in the contract before we start. The free case review and cost estimate come with no obligations.
Do you guarantee residence permit approval?
The decision is made by the Spanish government authority — we cannot guarantee its outcome, and no one honestly can. What we do guarantee is the quality of your file preparation and support at every stage — that is genuinely within our control. If we see risks during the free case review, we tell you about them honestly.
What happens if the authority refuses my application?
A refusal is rare but possible. If it happens, we analyze the reason: most often it is a fixable documentation error or the wrong residence route. We help with the appeal or propose an alternative route. We do not promise a 100% result — but we do everything to make your file as strong as possible.
How do I verify you are not a scam?
We are a Spanish legal entity, ROSALINDA-SUPERIA S.L., registered in Barcelona. We process data in compliance with the GDPR. All terms are set out in a contract you receive before any payment. You can verify the company's registration in Spain's commercial registry (Registro Mercantil).
I live in Russia — how does the process work remotely?
Most stages can be completed remotely: consultations via messenger or video call, and documents exchanged digitally. You will need to be physically present in Spain at the filing stage — we explain in advance exactly when and how to prepare. Your data is processed under the GDPR and is not shared with third parties without your consent.
