Reviews of the EuroGarant Firm
Client feedback page of the EuroGarant legal bureau · ROSALINDA-SUPERIA S.L.
In short: on this page we explain honestly how our firm handles client feedback, why we don't publish a showcase of unverifiable "named" testimonials, what clients most often highlight about working with us, and how to leave your own review — positive or critical. If you're deciding who to trust with your Spanish residence permit, you'll also find a practical list of criteria you should use to vet any legal bureau, including ours.
Why we don't have a showcase of "reviews with names and photos"
Immigration cases involve sensitive personal data: citizenship, income, family composition, history of stays in the country. We operate as a personal data controller under the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679), and we are not permitted — nor do we want — to publish details of client cases that could identify a person without their explicit written consent.
The second reason is simpler: unverifiable reviews prove nothing. Anyone can generate blocks like "Maria, 34, got her residence permit in a month" with a stock photo. In legal matters, we believe such showcases mislead more than they help you choose a provider. So our approach is different:
- We publish only what we can verify — with the client's explicit consent and without details that could reveal their identity
- We aggregate feedback — below is an honest section on what clients typically highlight, with no invented names or biographies
- We show typical scenarios — in our Relocation Stories section we describe how DNV, NLV, and family-based cases usually unfold; these are illustrative scenarios, not retellings of specific people's cases
- We respond to criticism — negative feedback is reviewed by the head of practice, not "moderated into the trash"
What clients typically highlight in their feedback
We collect feedback after key milestones: the initial assessment, document submission, and receipt of the decision. Below are the aggregated themes that come up most often in responses. These are not quotes from specific individuals but a summary of the content of the messages we receive.
- Income threshold calculations tailored to your specific situation. Most residence permit refusals happen because income is calculated from the wrong base: for the digital nomad visa the threshold is based on the SMI (≈200%), for the NLV — on the IPREM (400%). Clients note that we run the numbers before any contract is signed and tell you honestly if your income doesn't qualify
- An honest "this route isn't right for you." We talk clients out of applying when the odds are low and offer a legal alternative — DNV, NLV, a student visa, or family reunification — instead of "we'll file it somehow"
- Well-organized paperwork. Apostilles, sworn translations, certificates with limited validity periods — a typical source of formal refusals; clients note that our checklist and deadline tracking take this headache away
- Up-to-date information. The rules keep changing: the golden visa was discontinued as of April 3, 2025 (Ley Orgánica 1/2025), and a new regulation has been in force since May 20, 2025. We check our consultations against primary sources — the BOE and the immigration authority's portal
- Speed and communication channels. We work fully remotely — WhatsApp, Telegram, email; we respond to requests within 24 hours
Among the criticism we've received and acted on: clients didn't always get enough interim "what's happening with my case right now" updates during periods when the government authority is simply reviewing the application and there is no news. We've added regular scheduled status updates, even when the news is "we're waiting — the review period is still running."
How to vet any firm before signing a contract
We believe in choosing your provider deliberately — even if you ultimately don't choose us. Here's what to look at when reading reviews and comparing companies:
| Criterion | How to verify | Red flag |
|---|---|---|
| Legal entity | Company name, CIF, jurisdiction. Ours: ROSALINDA-SUPERIA S.L. | A "team of experts" with no legal details and no contract |
| Promises of results | Decisions are made by the Spanish government authority, not the firm. The correct framing is an assessment of your chances and management of the risks | "100% residence permit guarantee," "approval within a week" |
| Currency of the advice | Ask about the golden visa: the honest answer is "discontinued as of April 3, 2025 — there are alternatives" | You're being sold a discontinued program as if it were still active |
| Legality of the scheme | The route must allow legal entry and residence from day one | Advice to "enter and overstay illegally, then legalize later" — a risk of an entry ban |
| Income calculation | The provider should name the calculation base (SMI or IPREM) and compute the threshold for your family | "We'll prove your income, don't worry" with no numbers |
| Reviews | Look for verifiable sources and process specifics, not emotions | Dozens of near-identical glowing reviews that appeared within a single week |
How to leave a review about our work
We publish reviews only with the author's explicit consent and never edit the substance — we only remove personal data that could identify you. We accept critical reviews the same way we accept positive ones: it's part of our quality control.
- Write to us any way you like: WhatsApp or Telegram (contact details are in the site header and on the Contact page) or by email to [email protected] with the subject line "Review."
- Specify the service and time period: for example, "NLV support, spring 2026" — so we can match the review to a real case.
- Tell us whether we may publish it and in what form: fully anonymous, with your first name, with your city. Without explicit consent, the review remains internal feedback.
- If something went wrong — describe your complaint: the head of practice will review it, and we'll respond on the merits within three business days.
We also welcome reviews of consultations on related topics — card renewal, tax residency: these services are described on the Spanish Residence Permit Renewal and Taxes in Spain pages.
