Is your income enough for a Spanish residence permit — check in a minute

Eurogarant is a legal firm for immigration in Spain: we handle turnkey residence permits remotely for citizens of Russia and the CIS. We work under contract, payment is in stages, with a refund if refused.

2026 benchmarks: the DNV is based on 200% SMI (≈ 2 760–2 850 €/мес), the NLV on 400% IPREM, i.e. ≈ 2 400 €/мес (the IPREM itself = 600 €/мес), the student permit on 100% IPREM. Choose your basis and family size — we'll calculate the threshold.

Dates that affect the rules: the golden visa was abolished on 03.04.2025 (Ley Orgánica 1/2025), the new Reglamento has been in force since 20.05.2025.

All 2026 figures and thresholds — income for each basis, government fees and processing times — are gathered in a single table. The data is current for 2026.

The NLV can be proven not only with monthly income but also with savings: 400% of the IPREM per year (≈ 28 800 €) plus 100% of the IPREM (≈ 7 200 €/год) for each family member.
