What We Do
We search for options that fit your budget and neighborhood, negotiate with the landlord or agency, review the contract (contrato de arrendamiento), and support you through the signing.
What You Should Know About Renting
- A deposit (fianza) is typically required, plus an additional guarantee if agreed.
- Long-term leases are governed by the Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos (LAU) — we'll walk you through your rights.
Service Cost
Fee — 100% of one month's rent, with a minimum of 1500 €
