In short: EuroGarant is a legal bureau specializing in residency and legalization in Spain. We guide Russian-speaking clients around the world through the entire journey: from choosing a legal residence route and calculating income thresholds to filing documents, obtaining the TIE card, renewing status, and — years down the road — permanent residency and citizenship. Behind the EuroGarant brand stands the Spanish company ROSALINDA-SUPERIA S.L. — a limited liability company registered in Spain and entered in the commercial register (Registro Mercantil). We operate as a personal data controller under the GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679): data from your requests is used solely to contact you about your matter and is not shared with third parties — see the details in our personal data policy.

What we do

Our focus is immigration support through the current legal residence routes of Spain and other European countries:

Digital Nomad Residence Permit (DNV) (Spain. Filed from Spain) — for those who work remotely for foreign clients or an employer; the income threshold is calculated from the minimum wage (around 200% of the SMI)
Non-Lucrative Residence Permit (NLV) (Spain. Filed from Moscow) — for financially independent applicants with passive income or savings; threshold — 400% of the IPREM ≈ €2,400/month
Student Visa & Student Residence Permit (Spain. Filed from Moscow) — a legal relocation through studies, with the right to work part-time
Family Reunification — support for spouses and children, including family members in the main applicant's application
Spanish Residence Permit Renewal — re-registering your residency on time and without losing status

We do not offer the investor "golden visa" — the program was discontinued on April 3, 2025 (Ley Orgánica 1/2025), and applications are no longer accepted. If you were counting on it, we will honestly walk you through the current alternatives: most often DNV or NLV.

Our principles

Legal routes only We do not build strategies around illegal stays and never advise "overstaying" in hopes of legalizing later: that risks an entry ban and lost years. Our clients live in Spain legally from day one — through DNV, NLV, studies, family, or business.

Honest assessment If your income, documents, or situation do not qualify yet, you will hear it on the first call — not after months of preparation. We do not file long-shot applications with unconvincing income: a refusal damages the applicant's record and costs more than an honest "not yet."

We work from primary sources We verify thresholds, timelines, and requirements against the BOE (Spain's official gazette), the current immigration regulations, and clarifications from the relevant ministries — not against social media retellings. Transparent process and 50–25–25 payment Before we start, you see the stages, the document list, and the estimated timelines. Payment is tied to those same stages under a 50–25–25 scheme — no 100% upfront payment; how it works is shown below.

No guarantees on behalf of the government The decision is made by the consulate or Extranjería, and no honest firm can "guarantee" its outcome or timing — cita previa queues and processing times are set by the authority. What we answer for is the quality of preparation: the right legal route, correctly calculated income, a complete file, and meticulous sworn translations.

Confidentiality Financial documents, passport data, and family circumstances are processed under the GDPR and are never used for anything other than your case.

We do not split our support into stripped-down tiers: every case is handled in a single turnkey format — from assessment and strategy to filing and the government authority's decision. The fee is split under a 50–25–25 scheme: you do not pay everything upfront — half of the amount is paid only after the work is done and after the result.

The scheme applies to all of the bureau's services — from your first residence permit to renewal and citizenship. We quote the exact fee for your route after a free assessment.

How we work: six steps

Free assessment. You leave a request — we analyze your situation: citizenship, source of income, family composition, relocation goals — and immediately name realistic options.
Choosing the route and calculating thresholds. We calculate income from the correct base: for DNV — from the SMI, for NLV — from the IPREM, with supplements for family members. A wrong calculation base is one of the main reasons for refusals, so we never skip this step. The overall process is described in the guide "How to Get a Spanish Residence Permit".
Contract and plan. We lock in the stages of the turnkey package, the document list, and areas of responsibility: what we prepare and what you provide. This is when the 50% advance is paid — and the work begins.
Preparing the file. Criminal record certificates with an apostille, sworn translations (traductor jurado), proof of income, an insurance policy meeting the visa requirements, application forms, and payment of fees.
Filing and follow-up. We book the cita previa, file with the consulate or Extranjería/UGE-CE, track the status, and respond to any requests from the authority (requerimiento) if they come.
Decision, TIE, and beyond. After approval we help you obtain the TIE resident card, then guide you along your status calendar: renewal, a change of route if needed, and after five years — permanent residency and the path to citizenship.
