Spanish Citizenship — Turnkey Support
We guide you along the entire path to a Spanish passport: from choosing the right residence permit and accumulating the required years of residence to preparing your dossier, taking the exams, and filing your citizenship application. We handle the paperwork and deadlines — all you have to do is live your life and prepare for the exams.
How Soon You Can Apply
- The general rule — 10 years of continuous legal residence in Spain.
- 2 years — for citizens of certain countries (Latin America, Portugal, Andorra, the Philippines, Equatorial Guinea) and Sephardic Jews.
- 1 year — if you are married to a Spanish citizen or were born in Spain.
What the Service Includes
- We verify your eligibility for citizenship and your exact timeline; we build a strategy: which residence permit to obtain and how to accumulate the required years of residence.
- We prepare your dossier, help you register and prepare for the exams, file your application, and manage your case all the way to the oath ceremony.
Exams and Dual Citizenship
- At the citizenship stage (not the residence permit stage), you take two Instituto Cervantes exams: DELE A2 (language) and CCSE (constitution and socio-cultural knowledge).
- Spain does not officially recognize dual citizenship with Russia — when you receive your passport, you file a declaration renouncing your previous citizenship; we'll go over the specifics of your situation in person.
