Privacy Policy
This policy describes how the personal data of visitors to eurogarant.online is processed in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data" and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

1. What Data We Collect
Data you provide yourself: your name, contact details (phone, Telegram, email), and any information you voluntarily enter in the website forms and chat (your situation, residence permit route, quiz and calculator answers).
Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type and version (User-Agent), country and city (from CDN data), pages viewed and referral source, and technical visitor identifiers (an_vid, an_sid) stored in your browser's local storage that link visits to a submitted request. This data is processed both by the site's own server-side analytics and by external services (see Section 4).
2. Purposes of Processing
- contacting you regarding your request and providing consultations;
- preparing personalized materials (income threshold calculations, checklists);
- analysing and improving the website, and measuring advertising performance.
3. Legal Bases
Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the controller's legitimate interest in analysing the website and preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@eurogarant.online.
4. Cookies, Analytics and Data Transfers
This website uses:
- Yandex Metrica (including session recording, webvisor) — web analytics; servers in the Russian Federation;
- Google (gtag) — advertising conversion measurement; servers in the USA;
- the site's own server-side analytics (an_vid/an_sid identifiers, IP, User-Agent, geolocation);
- a referral cookie (eg_ref) — to attribute partner referrals.
Requests are delivered to the controller via Telegram/WhatsApp. Hosting and delivery are provided by the hosting provider and CDN. International transfers: some data is thereby processed outside the EEA — in the Russian Federation (web analytics, hosting) and the USA (Google). Any other disclosure to third parties is possible only in cases provided for by law.
5. Storage and Deletion
Request data is stored until the purposes of processing are fulfilled; technical and analytics data for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may at any time request that your data be corrected, restricted, or deleted by writing to info@eurogarant.online.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to access your data, and to its rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw consent. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, aepd.es).

By submitting a form on this website, you consent to the processing of the personal data provided, under the terms of this policy.
8. Business correspondence with organisations (B2B outreach)
We contact organisations in adjacent fields (language schools, visa centres, travel agencies, universities, relocation services) with a partnership proposal. We obtain the working contact addresses of such organisations from publicly available sources — the "Contacts" sections of their own websites and public directories, that is, not from the data subject themselves. In accordance with Art. 14 GDPR, we include notice of this in our very first message.
- Categories of data: work email, name of the organisation, public website, country and language, and, where available, the publicly listed name of the contact person.
- Source: the specific page from which the contact was taken is stated in the message itself.
- Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — offering business cooperation to organisations in the relevant field. We do not send advertising to private individuals without their consent.
- Retention period: until you opt out of the correspondence, but no longer than 12 months from the last contact. Addresses of those who have opted out are kept on a suppression list indefinitely — solely to ensure we never write again.
- Opting out: the "unsubscribe" link in every message (one click), a reply saying "no thanks", or an email to info@eurogarant.online. Opt-outs are actioned immediately and without any need to give reasons.
- Nature of the messages: all such messages are marked as advertising (for recipients in Spain — with the label PUBLICIDAD in accordance with Art. 20.1 of Ley 34/2002 LSSI).
You have the right to object to such processing at any time (Art. 21 GDPR) and to lodge a complaint with the AEPD (Spanish Data Protection Agency) at aepd.es.
9. Automated processing of correspondence and AI services
Incoming messages to info@eurogarant.online and messages in our communication channels are processed automatically: the system classifies the enquiry (interest, question, opt-out, auto-reply) and may prepare a draft reply. For this purpose, the text of the message is transmitted to the language model Claude (Anthropic PBC, USA) to the extent necessary for classification. Our team receives internal notifications of new enquiries in Telegram (Telegram FZ-LLC, UAE).
- Transfers outside the EEA are carried out on the basis of standard contractual clauses (Chapter V GDPR) under our agreements with these providers.
- The automated system does not take decisions producing legal effects concerning you: the final reply and any decisions on your matter are made by a human (Art. 22 GDPR).
- If you do not want your message to be processed in this way, please state so in the text of your message or write to info@eurogarant.online — the correspondence will then be handled without automated processing.
