1. What Data We Collect
Data you provide yourself: your name, contact details (phone, Telegram, email), and any information you voluntarily enter in the website forms and chat (your situation, residence permit route, quiz and calculator answers).
Technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type and version (User-Agent), country and city (from CDN data), pages viewed and referral source, and technical visitor identifiers (an_vid, an_sid) stored in your browser's local storage that link visits to a submitted request. This data is processed both by the site's own server-side analytics and by external services (see Section 4).
2. Purposes of Processing
- contacting you regarding your request and providing consultations;
- preparing personalized materials (income threshold calculations, checklists);
- analysing and improving the website, and measuring advertising performance.
3. Legal Bases
Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and the controller's legitimate interest in analysing the website and preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to [email protected].
4. Cookies, Analytics and Data Transfers
This website uses:
- Yandex Metrica (including session recording, webvisor) — web analytics; servers in the Russian Federation;
- Google (gtag) — advertising conversion measurement; servers in the USA;
- the site's own server-side analytics (an_vid/an_sid identifiers, IP, User-Agent, geolocation);
- a referral cookie (eg_ref) — to attribute partner referrals.
Requests are delivered to the controller via Telegram/WhatsApp. Hosting and delivery are provided by the hosting provider and CDN. International transfers: some data is thereby processed outside the EEA — in the Russian Federation (web analytics, hosting) and the USA (Google). Any other disclosure to third parties is possible only in cases provided for by law.
5. Storage and Deletion
Request data is stored until the purposes of processing are fulfilled; technical and analytics data for up to 12 months, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may at any time request that your data be corrected, restricted, or deleted by writing to [email protected].

You have the right to access your data, and to its rectification, erasure, restriction and objection to processing, as well as the right to data portability and to withdraw consent.
