The procedures rest on the Reglamento de Extranjería (RD 1155/2024, in force since 20 May 2025) and, for citizenship, on the Código Civil; the official texts are published by the BOE. EuroGarant is a private firm: we are not a government body and are not affiliated with Extranjería, the National Police or the Spanish consulates. The decision on an application is made by the authority alone.

- Can I reapply immediately after a refusal? There is no formal waiting period — you can reapply right away. But it only makes sense once the reason for the refusal has been resolved; otherwise the risk of another refusal is high. That is exactly where we start.
- Does a refusal ruin my record forever? No. Consulates can see the refusal, but a well-prepared reapplication that resolves the original issue regularly ends in a visa. The key is not to pile up refusals with chaotic attempts.
