Terms of Use

Current version: July 12, 2026 · Website operator: ROSALINDA-SUPERIA S.L.

These Terms of Use (hereinafter, the "Terms") set out the conditions for using the website eurogarant.online (hereinafter, the "Website"). By continuing to use the Website — browsing its pages, submitting contact forms, or reaching out through the messengers listed on the Website — you confirm that you have read the Terms and accept them in full. If you do not agree with any of their provisions, please stop using the Website.

1. General Provisions and Website Operator

The Website is owned and administered by ROSALINDA-SUPERIA S.L., operating under the trade name EuroGarant (hereinafter, the "Firm"). The Firm provides legal support services for residency and legalization in Spain: selecting a residence permit route, preparing documents, and handling submission and renewal. Learn more about the team and our approach on the "About the Firm" page.

The Terms are a public document addressed to an unlimited audience. The Firm may update the Terms unilaterally; the new version takes effect once posted on this page, unless stated otherwise therein. The date of the current version is always indicated at the beginning of the document.

2. Terms and Definitions

TermMeaning in these Terms

Firm (Operator)ROSALINDA-SUPERIA S.L., administrator of the Website and provider of legal services under the EuroGarant name.

RequestA message sent by the User through the Website's forms or the communication channels listed on it, for the purpose of obtaining a consultation.

3. Subject Matter of the Terms

The Website gives the User access to reference materials on legal grounds for residing in Spain — such as the digital nomad visa (DNV), the non-lucrative residence permit (NLV), and study- and family-based routes — as well as to route-matching tools, calculators, and contact forms. Use of the Website is free of charge. The Terms do not govern the provision of the legal services themselves: those are governed by a separate agreement between the client and the Firm, concluded after an assessment of the specific situation.

4. Information on the Website Is Not Legal Advice

Important: all Website materials — including articles, answers to questions, income threshold tables, and calculator results — are for reference and informational purposes only and do not constitute individual legal advice, a public offer, or a guarantee of any decision by a government authority. Spanish immigration law changes regularly (current rules are published in the official gazette, the BOE), and administrative practice varies by region. The applicability of any information to your situation must be verified in an individual consultation.

The Firm makes reasonable efforts to keep the materials up to date and cross-checks key figures against official sources — the BOE, publications of the relevant Spanish ministries, and consulates. Nevertheless, some time may pass between a change in the law and an update to the page. Update dates are shown on the material pages, for example in the guide "How to Get a Spanish Residence Permit".

5. User Rights and Obligations

  3. Take actions aimed at disrupting the Website's operation, circumventing security measures, or gaining unauthorized access to servers and data.
  4. Submit knowingly false information, spam, malicious links, or materials infringing third-party rights through the Website's forms.
  5. Pass off the Website's materials as one's own or use the EuroGarant name in a misleading way.

6. Intellectual Property

All Content on the Website, unless expressly stated otherwise, belongs to the Firm or is used on lawful grounds and is protected by the intellectual property laws of Spain and the European Union. The EuroGarant name, logo, section structure, original texts, and design elements may not be used by third parties without the Firm's prior written consent. Non-commercial quotation of excerpts is permitted, provided the source is credited and an active link to the relevant Website page is included.

7. Personal Data

By submitting a Request, the User provides the Firm with personal data (name, contact details). The Firm processes this data as a personal data controller in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Reg. EU 2016/679) — solely to respond to the Request and provide the requested service. The categories of data, purposes, retention periods, and procedure for exercising data subject rights are described in the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. The form can only be submitted after explicit consent to data processing.

8. Liability of the Parties and Its Limitation

The Website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Firm is not liable for:

The User is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information provided in a Request and for the security of their own means of communication. Nothing in this section limits consumer rights granted by mandatory provisions of applicable law.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Spain and directly applicable European Union legislation. The parties will seek to resolve disagreements through a pre-litigation claims procedure: claims should be sent to the Firm's contact details, with a response period of up to 30 calendar days. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be referred to the competent court at the Firm's place of registration, unless mandatory consumer protection rules establish a different jurisdiction.

10. Operator Contact Details

Please direct questions about the operation of the Website, the use of its materials, and the processing of personal data to the contacts above. Answers to common questions about Spanish residence permits are collected in the "Questions & Answers" section.
